Croci ai Cavi dal Basso + Croci ai Cavi dall'Alto (Alternate) 3x12 + 3x12
Buon pump generalizzato su tutti gli esercizi (soprattutto alzate laterali e military press), ma sostanzialmente perché per quelli del petto ho fatto roba "assistita" in cui la contrazione riesco bene o male a sentirla.
Oggi cosce, polpacci ed abs.
