Su 1549kcal se ragioni in termini 40 cho 30 pro e 30 fat ti dovrebbe uscire così:
Cho 155gr - 619,6 kcal
Pro 116 gr - 464,7 kcal
Fat 52gr - 464,7 kcal
In questo modo le pro non sono neanche 2gr pro kg, ma poco meno.
