Based on this experiment, here are the top three exercises in terms of mean and peak activity for each muscle part:
Biceps
Mean Weighted Wide Parallel-Grip Pull-up, Weighted Chin-up, BB Curl
Peak Weighted Chin-up, Weighted Wide Parallel-Grip Pull-up, EZ-Bar Curl
Lats
Mean Weighted Chin-up, Weighted Pronated Wide-Grip Pull-up, Rack Pull
Peak Weighted Pronated Wide-Grip Pull-up, Rack Pull, Underhand-Grip Feet Elevated Inverted Row
Mid Trap
Mean DB Bent-Over Row, DB Elbows Out Chest-Supported Row, Prone Trap Raise

E' impossibile, di sicuro sono varianti di esercizi già noti xò...xò sono indecifrabili. Ad esempio:
mid pulley crossover, cerchiamo di decriptarlo. Crossover stà per croce, quindi bisogna incrociare qualcosa, i cavi, pulley è l'attrezzo per il dorso (? che c'entra col petto ?), ok incrocio i cavi del pulley (xò ne ha uno solo, incrocio lui con cosa?), mid vuol dire metà. Pulley con incrocio a metà! A me non torna, forse il loro pulley è diverso dal nostro. Ciò che più si avvicina al mio immaginario:Petto alto

3. JC Band Press
4. DB Incline Press,
5. Guillotine Press,
6. JC Band Press

Band pushup: Questo si capisce, il pushup sovraccaricato sul dorso, coi pesi o con una cintura da carico.
JC Band Press: Panca con elastici o catene collegate ai manubri o bilanciere
DB incline press: è la panca inclinata coi manubri.
