This was it during the summer:

breakfast: 1 serving protein powder w/ milk, vitamins, shredded wheat bran w/ milk.

meal 2: tuna sandwhich, wheat bread, milk

meal 3: meat sandwhich, wheat bread, milk

pre-workout shake: 20g dextrose, 23g whey

post-workout: 30g dextrose, 46g whey

meal 6: meat sandwhich, wheat bread, milk

meal 7: Dinner (usually something healthy)

meal 8: meat sandwhich, wheat bread, milk

meal 9: cottage cheese, milk


In two of the meals, i will have peanut butter (one spoon) and i will also mix things up a little bit and add stuff here and there. Example would be somtimes celery on the peanut butter or something else that's simple. Milk does the body good!!! haha
