Thanks for introducing the "Contrassegno" option, it's really very appreciated. I'm sure this will encourage the customers to buy more on the shop.
Anyway I've a curiosity about the insured shipping (assicurato): is there a point to insure a packet sent with the contrassegno option? I mean: from the customer point there's no need to do that because he/she has to pay on delivery so, if the packet is accidentally lost, he/she still doesn't have paid for it. Or is it different? What happens if a contrassegno packet without insurance (assicurato) is accidentally lost?
Sorry for the question but I was also thinking about anticipated payment with only insurance option ( I never fully trust the mail / poste italiane).
