Non credo al fatto che un grammo valga 10 grammi di un altra, quindi ne prendero semplicemente 6 gr al giorno per il mio ultimo mese di massa, unendola a 4 gr di arginina per i prox 15 giorni, poi stacco l'arginina e dopo altre due settimane stacco la creatina per entrare in definizione.
A metà giugno inizierò con la carnitina per togliere tutta l'acqua possibile e essere tirato per metà luglio (ci saranno solo gli esmi a rompere l'uccello...)
