the greatest Bodybuilders of every time writes on an Italian forum?

I don't succeed in expressing what I have within in so few lines... for me to talk to her has always been a dream, and this desire of mine now comes true. I have read what is on his account in the web, I have as his photos in how much for me she expresses the physical perfection.

I take advantage of his presence to ask her a thing: how does he train athletes natural? I would like to use his system but I would not bear so long trainings. set, reps, rest between set, session x week... and so on.....

The SERGE NUBRET MUSCLE AWARDS 2007 is officially open and divised in the following categories

FITNESS FEMALE
FIGURE FEMALE
FEMALE FITNESS: 35 YRS+
MALE FITNESS
MALE BODYBUILDING
MALE BODYBUILDING: 50 YRS+

This contest is free for all SERGE NUBRET CLUB MEMBERS and many prizes will be awarded to the winners. Each winner of the seven categories wins a trip to Guadeloupe and more interesting prizes will be announced later as the contest progresses. This contest is international and we count on everyone to support their forums.

To multiply your chances to be placed in this contest, you can ask your familly members, friends, training partners to participate! All finalist athletes will meet in Paris for the GRAND FINAL which will take place December 7, 2007. Everyone, competitors and noncompetitors alike, are all invited to attend this event which will become a great INTERNATIONAL FITNESS EVENT EVERY YEAR.

IMPORTANT :
Even those who do not have a computer and/or are not familiar with the internet are able to compete! You can help them by printing out the forms from our Muscle Awards Site and giving them to your training friends. As an internet experienced friend, you can help him/her or them; print and fill out the pages in which they can mail/send in their photos (or you can download them for them) for the forum which you belong.
