ti spiego volevo fare muay thai per sciogliermi un po' ma dubito che ce la faro' e continuerò solo con la palestra cosi' l'abbiamo modificata non considerando la thai boxe guarda adesso se puo' andare abbiamo tolto alcuni esercizi perche' erano troppi:
