Ma forse lui considera anche il riscaldamento e lo stretching finale..sono comunque tante per 5 esercizi. Io in genere per dorso/petto e spalle/gambe ci metto più o meno 2h, compreso di riscaldamento, stretching, abs e polps..e le attese per le macchine.
