cambio dalla prossima settimana, torno allo starr normale però modificato.
è incentrato su dip e trazioni invece che panca e rematore.
tolta la sessione leggera dello squat x lasciar spazio allo stacco.
volume abb alto sulle spalle (che tra dip,traz e OHP verranno massacrate).
probabilmente tutto in ipo visto che ho 3 settimane di stop con il football e ne vorrei approfittare x buttar giù un po' di grasso per poi tornare in lieve iper.
