Ingredients: GAINER 3000™ Protein Matrix [ultra filtered whey protein concentrate, micellar
casein, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate], Gycocell™ Energy Matrix [containing long chain
glycopolysaccarides, inulin, flaxseed oil, Medium Chain Triglycerides], natural & artificial flavors,
sodium chloride, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (3.5 scoops) with 16 oz. of water, or 21 oz. of
whole milk or your favorite beverage and consume daily. Hard gainers can take up to 3 servings per
day. For best results, consume 1 serving within 30-45 minutes post exercise. This product is a highly
concentrated and dense nutrient matrix that some individuals may find initially difficult to tolerate, in
this case, reduce the serving size to one to two scoops and work up to 3.5 scoops over time.
