Hello to all,
I am a 27 year old girl who wants to put muscle mass. Practically because of type 2 diabetes mellitus, I'm getting fat, now I'm being treated with metformin. I should lose 30 kilos. But 10 kg will be swelling.
However I would like to start taking some type of supplements on sites like myprotein, etc ... but I do not know how I should behave and what I have to eat before and after training. For now my training consists of training 4 times a week. First I do a 30-minute walk cardio then I go back home and do exercises to tone my arms and legs with weights of 6 kg in total.
Do you give me some advice on food? if I'm doing my workout well?
