Battle of the Biceps is a curling contest based on the number of curls you can do in 60 seconds, your bicep size and correct form. Each contestant will receive a percentage grade for form, which will be multiplied by the number of curls they do. (Example: you did 60 curls, and got an 80% grade for form, 60 x 80% =48 curls. Bicep size is the tiebreaker between same scores). Judges' decisions regarding form and number of curls is final. (Complete official rules can be found below)

What do I win?

The grand prize winners of the men's and women's contest at the Olympia will receive airline transportation, two night's accommodations, and admission for two to the Miami Beach Fitness Festival in Miami's South Beach, March 26-28, 2004. They will also have the opportunity to be one of the judges for the Miami Battle of the Biceps contests. Second and third prizes will also be awarded. All winners will have their photos appear in an upcoming issue of Muscle and Fitness magazine.
Note: previous grand prize winners must wait one year before re-entering.

Women's Battle: Friday October 24th at 3:00

Men's Battle: Saturday October 25th at 10AM

All contests will take place on stage at the Olympia Expo in Mandalay Bay's new Convention Center

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Come to the Muscle & Fitness booth in the Olympia Expo on the day of the contest. Sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis, so get there early. Registration closes an hour before the contest begins.
